There was a bit of controversy when Black Lagoon kind of swept the "Dubbies" this year. I had only seen the series in Japanese, but I decided to give it a try in English, and I have to say that I have rarely encountered such a perfect performance as the one Dean Redman turns in as Dutch. It's impossibly good. No matter how incredibly lame or melodramatic or ridiculous the line is, he OWNS it. It's really astonishing. Has he really not done any voiceover work before? Just wow.
Have you heard it? Any thoughts?
